LAFAYETTE — The Southmont boys’ and girls’ cross country teams competed Saturday at the Harrison Invitational in Lafayette.
The top two finishers for the Mounties were Vince Reimondo who finished 19th with a time of 18:29 and Ethan Keck who completed the course in 24th place in a time of 18:46. The Mounties finished the meet in fifth place.
Jaysa Crull led the girls’ team by placing 38th with a time of 24:28. Darby Cottrell was the second best Mountie. She finished 45th with a time of 25:03.
The girls finished in seventh place at the meet.
The Mounties will be back in action Thursday at the Seeger Invitiational.
