Southmont’s girl’s golf team continued their good start on Monday. The Mounties upended Terre Haute North by a score of 193-194.
Mountie Addison Meadows shined as the meet medalist with a 2-under par 34.
Two Mounties recorded personal best scores. Kelsy Thompson shot 46 and Addison Kendricks shot a 57. Emma Gleason rounded out the Mountie scoring with a 70.
The Mounties traveled Tuesday to Lafayette to take on Lafayette Central Catholic.
Southmont will host their own invitational Saturday. Teams in meet are North Putnam, Northview, Terre Haute North and Terre Haute South.
