Dale F. Goff, 72, of Rockville passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

He was a lifelong farmer and renowned cattleman known across the country for his many breed genetics. He was also the previous owner of Parke County Feeds and a Pioneer Seed Dealer.

He was born July 27, 1951, at Crawfordsville, to the late Charles B. Goff and Marjorie Reddish Goff.

Survivors include: his wife of 50 years, Connie Sutton Goff whom he married Sept. 16, 1973, at Linden; three daughters, Lauri Goff of Rockville, Amanda (Cameron) Martin of Rockville and Angie (Silas) Query of Waveland; brother Kenneth Goff of Rockville; three sisters, Sharon Goff of Crawfordsville, Teresa Largent of Crawfordsville and Mary Ann (Tom) Bishop of Mt. Comfort; eight grandchildren, Jaydan, Ty and Trent York, Ashlyn and Lainey Bryant, Landrey Martin, Megan and Mason Query; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by sister Marilyn Brown.

He was a 1969 graduate of New Market High School. He was a former member of Parke Masonic Lodge #8 and Rockville Elk’s lodge #2471. He served as the president of the Parke County Fair Board, was active in 4-H showing cattle with his children and grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18 at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard St., Rockville, with visitation from noon until 2 p.m.
