John and Cheryl Luzader will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 2.
John and the former Cheryl Whalen were married Aug. 2, 1964, by the Rev. Morris Finch at Christ’s United Methodist Church (EUB).
They are the parents of Tracy (Charlie) Wheeler; and the grandparents of Jeff Wheeler and Justine Luzader of Westfield, Aaron (Vicki) Luzader, and Levi and Grace Luzader of Pittsboro.
John is retired from RR Donnelley & Sons and Edwards Equipment. Cheryl is retired from East Side Family Medicine.
The couple celebrated with a trip to Hawaii last fall.
