Thomas J. Rule, 74, of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019, at the Veterans Home, Lafayette.
He was born March 31, 1945, at Fort Wayne, the oldest son of the late Jewell and Welthea Rule of Crawfordsville.
He was preceded in death by brother Jerry Rule of Tempe, Arizona, in 2017. He is survived by brother Dick Rule of Asheville, North Carolina.
Tom was a US Air Force veteran, having served in Okinawa in the early 1970s. He loved baseball, both playing and umpiring locally.
Cremation will take place in Indianapolis and condolences may be shared at www.grinsteinerfuneralhome.com. There will be a private, family gathering later in 2019. Tom is at peace with his Savior, The Lord Jesus Christ.
