Dorothy Q Chapter, NSDAR

The Dorothy Q Chapter, National Society of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) gives thanks to the many veterans who are supporting in the Military Tribute Banner program by giving cash donations to four Veterans  posts located in Montgomery and Fountain counties. First Regent Michele Borden said patriotism reflects a passion to uphold our military forces, because our veterans are a symbol of what makes this nation strong, we must never forget all they have done to support, defend and sacrifice to ensure this country’s freedom.

These banners are a perfect way for anyone to show their respect and honor a loved one, past or present, it’s a good way one can signify in paying tribute to a soldier.

DAR is a volunteer women’s service organization that is non-political and non-profit, we are members dedicated to promoting historic preservation, education and patriotism in this nation.

Anyone who may have an interest in joining Dorothy Q Chapter, NSDAR, can contact Regent Ericia Church at ericiachurch21@gmail.com or Borden at michelelborden@gmail.com
