ROACHDALE — Spring is just around the corner, and Delta Theta Tau sorority of Roachdale is will have its annual geranium and flower sale.
There will be no public sale, but orders will be taken and no-contact deliveries made to customers.
Prices remain the same as last year. Premium hybrid zonal 4.5-inch geraniums are $5.50 apiece, in the colors of red, white, salmon, pink and violet. Premium hybrid zonal 6-inch geraniums are $8.50 apiece, also available in the colors of red, white, salmon, pink and violet. The sorority also has both begonia bedding plants (red, white, pink or mix) and impatiens bedding plants (red, white, rose, violet, salmon and mix) at $17 per flat (18 plants per flat). There are seven different types of 10-inch hanging baskets to choose from that are $22.50 apiece: geranium (various colors), calibrachoa, impatiens, petunia, dragonwing begonia, spring mix and scaevola.
Also available are 12-inch patio pots with either geraniums (red, white, pink, violet or salmon) or gerbera daisies (various colors) that are $25 each.
Flowers will be personally delivered to customers April 27 or after — just in time for Mother’s Day.
