The Community Growers of Montgomery County have planned a free tour of Howard Orchards from 3-5 p.m. Saturday.
Join us as owner Craig Howard takes us around his orchard and shares with us how to care for fruit trees including apple, pear and peach trees to help ensure a successful harvest.
The Community Growers seek to educate the public about soil health, local food and sustainability and connect the Montgomery County community. The Community Growers also provide free site visit services if you or someone you know is interested in starting or improving your garden.
