Mary Ann Ronk Adams of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday morning, Aug. 17, 2024, at home. She was 53.
Mary Ann was a graduate of North Putnam High School and Indiana Business College. She spent the majority of her working career in the insurance business, ending her career with Indiana Farm Bureau- Darrin Bechtel Agency. She took pride in working and caring for her boys, Bob (nephew) and Darrin at the office. She was a member of New Hope Christian Church, where she loved her church community. Most of all, she loved her family and spending time with them.
Born March 9, 1971, at Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Lester V. Ronk and Norma Jean Holton Ronk. She married C.J. Adams on June 9, 1990, at Crawfordsville. He survives.
Surviving family includes: husband C.J. Adams of Crawfordsville; two sons, Andrew Adams of Crawfordsville and Christopher Adams of Rantoul, Illinois; daughter Becca Adams of Evansville; sister Linda (Steve) McGaughey of Roachdale; three grandsons, Cooper, Lucas and Carter Adams, all of Crawfordsville; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20 at New Hope Christian Church, 2746 South U.S. 231, Crawfordsville. Services will begin at 7 p.m., led by Pastor Mike Fruits. Private burial will take place at the Roachdale Cemetery.
