For a few weeks now, there have been hundreds of orange traffic barrels lining dividing the full length of Washington Street and extending down U.S. 231 to the south edge of town. Traffic is disrupted, congested and confused. That seems to be the only purpose of the orange barrels.
Has anyone seen any workmen, machinery or anything else going on? Is there going to be anything going on?
I assume it is an INDOT project, and am wondering if they have an answer.
