On July 8, after 36 dedicated years with Lakeside Book Company, Russ Switzer will officially begin his retirement.
Switzer started his career with us in 1987 and has made significant contributions during his time here. As a Journeyman Bindery Operator, Bindery Supervisor, and most recently as Process Supervisor, he has shown exceptional skill and leadership.
Outside of work, Switzer is a devoted family man, with a loving spouse Tammy Switzer, five children, Kelly Rose, Justin Dugger, Ben Switzer, Sara Alfano and Misty Dugger, and five grandchildren. His hobbies include canoeing, camping, boating, and volunteering for the community.
Russ is also actively involved in various affiliations such as Sons of the American Legion, Special Olympics, Montgomery County Shrine Club, Eagles Lodge and Moose Lodge.
