Hoosier Heartland State Bank is proud to celebrate Lacey Rogers, director of marketing, on her five-year anniversary with the bank.
Since joining HHSB, Rogers has been instrumental in enhancing the bank’s brand presence, attracting new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients.
Rogers, a Crawfordsville resident, is a 2004 graduate of Southmont High School. She attended the University of Southern Indiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations and advertising. Before joining HHSB, Rogers built a successful career as a graphic designer, accumulating 10 years of experience in the field.
Her blend of professional excellence and community involvement embodies the spirit of HHSB.

Outside of her professional achievements, Rogers is an active member of the Crawfordsville community, where she resides with her husband Matt and their dog Reggie. She serves on the board of Friends of Sugar Creek, reflecting her passion for local environmental initiatives. When she’s not working, Rogers enjoys the outdoors, attending concerts and sporting events, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
