WAVELAND — The summer events at Waveland Town Park continues Sunday.
Waveland Strong is hosting a concert and fellowship in the park. The evening starts at 5:30 p.m. with concessions being served by Brown Lucky Leaf 4-H Club.
The acoustic band from Ladoga, Backroad Revival, will take the stage at 6 p.m. They play artists like Chris Stapleton, The High Women, Johnny Cash, Elvis and more.
Sunday Sundaes will serve ice cream treats, and Bingo will be played throughout the evening with prizes for the winners.
Proceeds from the event will go to Mountie Missions. Organizers also will be collecting items for the mission. A list of needs can be found on Facebook.
