LEBANON — Effective Monday, the COVID/respiratory testing previously held at the Witham Health Services Pavilion at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds will move to the Annex Building at the fairgrounds.
COVID-19 testing is limited to the first 100 participants each day. Hours are 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday.
