InWell will host the 4th annual Rock Out Recovery event from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Pike Place.
This event is free and family friendly. Check in at the InWell table for a meal ticket and T-shirt.
There will be more than 20 resource vendors, live music, DJ, messages of hope with recovery speakers, a bounce house, face painting and 200 free meals from Smitty D’s Hot Dogs and Tacos Pamano, and sweet treats for purchase from Emily’s Eats and Hoosier Ice Queen.
Guest speaker will be Justin Phillips, founder and executive director of Indiana’s Overdose Lifeline Inc. She recently was named USA Today’s Indiana Woman of the Year. Judge Heather Barajas from the Montgomery County Drug Treatment Court will provide opening remarks.
