Lana Presslor was named the new administrator of Hickory Creek at Crawfordsville. She is a long-time Montgomery County resident and replaces Kavita Beri.
Beri stepped down from the administrator position to prioritize family and be closer to home.
“We wish Kavita the best and appreciate the compassion, dedication and professionalism she brought to the job every day,” according to a press release issued by the company.
“We are excited for Lana as she brings 31 years of healthcare experience to our organization and incredible enthusiasm for resident care,” the press release continued.
Presslor began her career as a medical secretary and advanced to the business office manager at what is formally known as Carmen Nursing Home in Crawfordsville, now Hickory Creek. She is married with three sons, six grandchildren and a 16-year-old Chihuahua named Stella.
When Presslor is not working, she enjoys gardening, crocheting, decorating, family and traveling. She is happy to return in a leadership position at Hickory Creek at Crawfordsville, the place where her career began many years ago. Presslor loves serving as a healthcare administrator and looks forward to enhancing the lives of her residents, their family and staff.
