Representatives and members from Franciscan Health Crawfordsville and the Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce announced a new health clinic partnership on April 25.

The health clinic will launch in June and be housed with the Franciscan WorkingWell Clinic located at 1704 Lafayette Road, Suite 1, Crawfordsville. The clinic will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The health clinic will be open to business members of the Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce who sign a contract with Franciscan Health Crawfordsville for services.

“We are excited to partner with the Chamber of Commerce to help small businesses address access to healthcare issues as well as costs,” said Terry Klein, vice president and chief operating officer for Franciscan Health Crawfordsville.

The clinic will see minor health issues — some of which are seen in urgent care settings. If a person comes to the clinic with some more complex health issues, clinic staff will assist in coordinating care or setting up appointments with additional specialists.

“We are excited to roll out benefits such as this to our members. We are thankful to Franciscan Health for not only their willingness to invest in the Chamber but also investing in the health and wellness of our local businesses as well,” said Rick Hernandez, executive director for the Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. “This is a great benefit and resource to our community’s businesses.”
