Chuck Dixon announced his retirement as the president and chief executive officer of Tri-County Bank on May 21. The board of directors offers its gratitude and appreciation to Dixon for his service to the bank over the past five years.
The board named John Ditmars, an existing member of the board of directors, as the interim president. Ditmars brings more than 40 years of banking experience to his role as the bank’s interim president.
The board is actively pursuing the selection of the bank’s next president and CEO and has engaged an outside consultant to assist in this process. The board hopes to have this process completed by end of the third quarter, although there can be no guarantees as to the timing of this process.
